Simple from the first entry

Start with one day of driving or enter older service history. MAC organizes records by date, without requiring you to reconstruct your vehicle's entire past first.

Add your vehicle

Save your vehicle details once. Record maintenance, inspections, repairs, expenses and notes in its Chronicle.

Make mileage easy

Choose which nonbusiness mileage fields appear. MAC carries the previous ending odometer into your next entry and calculates total and business miles for you.

Keep the evidence

The first saved driving day starts an RAB-branded monthly sheet in Evidence. Add or correct days and the monthly totals update automatically.

For rideshare and delivery drivers

Drive the miles. Let MAC do the math.

Enter your start and end odometer readings and the miles you classify as nonbusiness. MAC automatically calculates total miles and the remaining business miles, displaying both before you save.

Choose your fields

Use one Nonbusiness Miles total or select separate fields for commuting, errands, vacations or your own nonbusiness categories. MAC remembers your choices.

Monthly reports, automatically

Saved daily entries populate your monthly mileage sheet—even if you drove only one day. Select report columns, print a letter-size report or save it as a PDF. Optional CSV export is formatted for spreadsheet use.

Service history and reminders

Keep dated maintenance records and set mileage- or date-based reminders that appear when you open MAC. Your records remain editable when you need to make a correction.

Good to know: MAC stores your structured records locally in your browser, not in an online account. Use the built-in JSON backup to protect your history or move it to another device. Original mileage logs may be preserved as supporting files; MAC does not automatically read handwriting. Mileage classifications are entered by the driver.
